Speedwellness plan details

These details explain the Speedwellness offer for new members. Contact Speedwell before joining so we can confirm your contributions, nominated vehicle and roadside-cover start date.

Your prepaid credit

Regular contributions start from $10 a week and build credit with Speedwell. You can use available credit towards Speedwell servicing, repairs and WOF inspections when invoiced. We apply the credit to your invoice and you pay any remaining balance when you collect your vehicle. Contributions do not create a fixed annual service or WOF entitlement.

Annual roadside-cover charge

A $50 annual roadside-cover charge is deducted from your Speedwellness credit balance. This charge is non-refundable.

Payments

New members make regular contributions by GoCardless direct debit. Existing customers paying by manual bank transfer can continue their current arrangement.

Cancelling Speedwellness

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and unused credit is refundable. The annual $50 roadside-cover charge is non-refundable. Contact service@speedwell.nz or 07 846 2137 to arrange cancellation and your refund.

Roadside cover for new members

New members receive NZRA Standard annual roadside cover for the nominated vehicle. This includes up to six callouts per policy year and a 48-hour stand-down from the start of cover. Eligible breakdown towing covers one tow per event to the nearest suitable repairer or place of safety, whichever is closest. Repair costs, replacement parts, fuel and additional towing are not included. NZRA's eligibility rules, limitations and exclusions apply.
