We begin with an air-conditioning assessment, including a system inspection, performance checks and, where appropriate, refrigerant leak testing. Regassing is recommended only when testing shows it is needed. We explain what we find and provide an estimate for your approval before any regassing or repair work begins.

Is my vehicle suitable for your A/C service?

We work with R134a refrigerant only. If you are unsure which refrigerant your vehicle uses, include its registration, make and model in your enquiry so we can check suitability before arranging the work.

Does warm air mean my A/C needs regassing?

Warm air can have more than one cause. An assessment helps identify the problem before regassing is considered. We explain the findings and provide an estimate for your approval before regassing or repair work.

What should I tell you when requesting an assessment?

Tell us when the problem started, whether cooling is weak all the time or comes and goes, and whether you have noticed unusual smells or noises. Mention any recent A/C repairs or regassing. Use our booking request form to describe the symptoms.
