A comprehensive service normally takes about 1.5 hours. We ask you to leave the vehicle with us for approximately half a day so our technicians can check it properly.
Every vehicle booked for servicing receives a complimentary wash and vacuum.
New parts and labour are usually covered by a 12-month warranty. Warranty coverage for used parts varies.

Does the oil meet your vehicle’s required specification?
Ask which oil specification and filters are included. The right specification matters, as well as the price. Our servicing follows the relevant vehicle requirements and uses warranty-approved servicing filters and OEM-equivalent aftermarket parts.
Will your next service be due sooner?
Compare both the time and kilometre interval being recommended. We consider manufacturer requirements, vehicle use and driving conditions when advising on scheduled servicing. Oil quality alone is not a reason to extend the service interval.
How thorough are the checks?

Is a wash and vacuum included?
Every vehicle we service receives a wash and vacuum.
Is pickup and delivery included?
Our pickup and return service is free for addresses within 10 km of our workshop at 10 Sloper Avenue, Frankton, and within Hamilton city limits, subject to availability. Give us your address when booking so we can confirm the arrangements.
Can you pay online and arrange after-hours drop-off or collection?
Online payment is available. After-hours drop-off and collection are available by arrangement. Contact us beforehand for instructions.

Car servicing questions
How often should my car be serviced?
At least once every 12 months or every 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Wet belt vehicles should generally be serviced every 7,500 km. We also consider manufacturer requirements, vehicle use and driving conditions.

Lower-priced services may include only basic oil and filter replacement. Our service includes comprehensive mechanical and electrical checks intended to identify developing problems.
Do you service fleets and non-European vehicles?
Yes. We service most makes and models and look after retail customers, family vehicles and selected fleets. European vehicles are a specialist focus, not the only vehicles we service.
Can you collect my vehicle?
Free pick-up and return is available within 10 km in Hamilton city, subject to availability. Ask when booking.
