Can you service my European car without returning to the dealer?
Yes. We service BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda using suitable oils, warranty-approved servicing filters and OEM-equivalent aftermarket parts. We follow the vehicle's service requirements and record the work completed.
Will servicing at Speedwell affect my factory warranty?
Routine servicing does not have to be completed by the selling dealer. We use appropriate service products, document the work and discuss any vehicle-specific warranty requirements before proceeding.
Can you see my European car sooner than the dealer?
We keep capacity available for urgent diagnostic testing and can often inspect vehicles sooner than a dealer. Availability varies, so call us for the earliest appointment. Diagnostic charges apply. Early diagnostic testing does not guarantee repairs will be completed the same day.
Do you only work on European cars?
No. European vehicles are a specialist focus, but Speedwell is a full-service workshop for most makes and models. We can also look after the other vehicles in your household or fleet.
What warranty applies?
New parts and labour are normally covered for 12 months. Warranty on used parts varies and is confirmed before installation.
Do you collect and return vehicles?
Pick-up and return is available within 10 km in Hamilton city, subject to availability. Ask when booking.
