1. How often should I get my car serviced in Hamilton?
Most vehicles should be serviced every 12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Engines with wet timing belts should be serviced every 7,500 km. Some manufacturers specify shorter intervals, so we will confirm the correct schedule for your vehicle.
2. What does a standard car service include?
Our standard service includes a comprehensive mechanical and electrical inspection, oil and filter servicing, brake and tyre checks, fluid and battery checks, and an included wash and vacuum. Lower-priced basic services may not include the same inspection scope, so compare what is included, not only the advertised price.
3. Do you service European cars?
Yes. We have specialist expertise in BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda, and we also service and repair most other makes and models for private customers, households and business fleets.
If your European car is out of warranty or you are looking for an alternative to the dealer, we can help with servicing, diagnostics and repairs. We use OEM-equivalent aftermarket parts and warranty-approved servicing filters. Tell us about your vehicles and we can discuss their servicing needs.

5. How long does a typical car service take?
A thorough standard service typically takes around 1.5 hours of workshop time. Please allow approximately half a day so our technicians can complete all inspections, road testing, documentation, and the included wash and vacuum. Diagnostics or additional repairs may take longer.
6. Do you offer WOF inspections?
Yes. We provide comprehensive car WOF inspections, with servicing and repairs available for most makes and models.
7. Do you offer pickup or valet services?
Yes. Our concierge service offers pickup and delivery, free for addresses within 10 km of our workshop at 10 Sloper Avenue, Frankton, and within Hamilton city limits. Please provide your pickup address when booking so we can confirm the arrangements.
Every vehicle we service receives a wash and vacuum. Call 07 846 2137, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, to arrange your booking.
8. Can you tune my car or perform ECU remapping?
Yes. We offer ECU remapping and performance tuning for suitable standard and modified vehicles. Our in-house dyno may be used to verify selected tuning and diagnostic work, but we do not offer standalone dyno power runs.
9. Do you handle air conditioning repairs?
Yes. Our team provides vehicle air conditioning repairs and full system servicing with R134a refrigerant.
10. What should I do if my car breaks down?
Call us during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are not a towing company or a 24/7 roadside service, but we can arrange recovery to our workshop for prompt diagnosis and repair.
